Edern éditions was born out of a twofold observation, linked to developments in the publishing world: on the one hand, access to a professional publishing house is increasingly difficult; on the other, self-publishing appears to be a miracle solution, when in fact it is an illusion.
We are convinced that there is another way, one that radically breaks with a system that reinforces the monopoly of Parisian publishing and suffocates other publishers. It's a way that revitalises the book industry, which has been woven to highlight the talents of authors, publishers and booksellers, with the aim of offering the widest possible audience an international and diversified range of books.

CLARA Architecture/Recherche (ISSN: 2295-3671 - e-ISSN:2593-5747) is a double-blind peer-reviewed scholarly journal, financially supported by the FRS-FNRS (Belgian) Fund for Scientific Research and by the Faculty of Architecture La Cambre-Horta at the Université libre de Bruxelles. Each volume comprises a thematic section of 6 to 8 papers dealing with a predetermined topic in the field of architecture. In addition, a special section is dedicated to the presentation of documents from the Archives d'Architecture held at the ULB, and two miscellaneous papers provide accounts of teaching and cultural activities at the ULB's Faculty of Architecture.

With a rich collection of almost 13,000 works by contemporary artists, the Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image imprimée primarily has the function of a museum, organising many temporary exhibitions, monographic and themed. At the same time, the Centre tries to maintain a publishing policy, and accompanies each exhibition with a published catalogue. Chat Ailé editions publish all kinds of novels, from classic to adventure, detective, fiction and children literature. In 2014, the idea of creating a publishing house blossomed in Sandra Di Silvio’s head. She already had a foothold in the literary world and had met many Belgian authors that weren’t enough put forward by the country’s editors. That’s when she thought about offering them her support and providing a better visibility, guiding them towards renown in their own style. The publishing house aims to promote young talents that already have a literary experience by offering a complete professional support, editing, correcting, publishing and promoting their work as an editor.

Soliflor is a publishing house with a family atmosphere where plenty of ideas blossom, collected into little, colourful square books, sweeping across a variety of themes centres around the art of living, kitchen gardens, and passing through all other rooms of the house. Yes, the themes are those of everyday life, that we love to capture in the most natural and respectful means possible. Our books are both fun and serious, as practical as they are theoretical, always illustrated. Whilst not claiming to save the world, our publishing house wants to play its part in bringing good sense, advice and recipes which do good. At Soliflor, everything is managed, from A to Z. Ideas are born when meeting authors. Themes are chosen with care. Consequently, year after year our catalogue grows, with a sustainable appeal. We are present not only in bookshops, but also and especially in organic shops, big and small, in Belgium, France and Switzerland. One last point; since its beginnings, Soliflor has produced its products locally. Its books are printed on FSC paper in Brussels, only a couple of kilometres away from our offices.
