The Centre de recherche et d’information socio-politiques – CRISP (Center for socio-political research and information) is a Belgian research center devoted to the study of decision-making in Belgium and in Europe. Since its creation in 1958, CRISP has remained pluralistic and independent. Research objectives are to shed light upon the real stakes of decision-making, to explain its mechanisms, and to analyze the role of all the actors involved, whether they are political, economical, social or originating from civil society. Studied subjects comprise politics, economy and society in their global dimension. Results from research carried out by CRISP or by associated collaborators are published in French.

We publish books of authors who fulfill their dreams, and want to let the entire world know about what they have gained from it.
Life journeys, which are all unique experiences, but are human enough to render them universal to all.
When we publish a project, we believe in it completely. We put our all into the work, to make the message of our authors shine. We devote competence and warmth, methods and enthusiasm which we first found even in the potential of the project. Sometimes, the manuscript is not ready straight away. Sometimes, it exists but it must be extensively reworked. We have developed an original approach to editing to accompany to author along the road to the unveiling of their work, and their achievement.

Founded in 2007 to publish translations of Bosnian and Croatian literary works, Éditions M.E.O. quickly saw its activities extend beyond that. With a catalogue of nearly 250 titles, it includes works by writers from various regions of the French-speaking world, as well as translations of works from several linguistic fields. They focus on general literature, but have also developed joint collections with the Archives et Musée de la Littérature (heritage writers from Central Africa) and the Musée de la Médecine de l'ULB (works linked to the museum's exhibitions). Their editorial approach combines an interest in storytelling, a vision of the world, a humanist sensibility and a focus on writing. They make it a point of honour to discover new talent while retaining the loyalty of their authors. They have won some fifteen literary prizes, including the Prix du Parlement and, in Paris, the Prix La Renaissance française. Several of their books have been or are being translated into ten languages.

With a rich collection of almost 13,000 works by contemporary artists, the Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image imprimée primarily has the function of a museum, organising many temporary exhibitions, monographic and themed. At the same time, the Centre tries to maintain a publishing policy, and accompanies each exhibition with a published catalogue. In close collaboration with artists, the institution also produces and edits a limited number of prints, printed by the artist themselves or by the care of a print workshop.

Kate'Art Editions is a dynamic Belgian publishing house founded in 2000.
For almost 25 years, its mission has been to make art and culture accessible to the general public,
children and families. Kate'Art Editions sells its books and/or rights worldwide.
It has created several collections, including "Happy Museum!", which follows international cultural events in Europe and the United States,
and a collection of colouring books called "Color Zen".
Other children's books are another way of discovering culture.
Thanks to this new initiative, children have their own access to culture through a series of art books
created and adapted especially for them.

For more than half a century, Dupuis has written a big page in the history book of the comic strip. Beside its French-Belgian anchor and the big series which have made its name, the driving force of the business rests on its capacity to push itself forward and know how to regularly reinvent its skills : the launching of hardback albums, the development of derived rights, the integration of animation studios as well as a strong culture of marketing and commerce which have marked the story of the sector.

Held since 2005 by an independent family shareholder, Mardaga is a publishing house that relies on a rich editorial heritage to publish titles reflecting the questions and debates which animate the world today. It is in the domain of art and heritage that Mardaga first made their name. Three other major sectors of publications were then developed : psychology and health, architecture and town planning, and finally music. Today, the catalogue is as open to current events and history as it is to the contemporary arts.
