Description :
Florence is an art conservator in her thirties. She lives with her partner and their daughter, to whom
she is very close. Now that she has become a mother, Florence recalls the difficult relationship she
had with her mother at the same age. She realizes that a strong sense of abandonment prevailed
during her childhood, and that even today, nothing has been resolved. This feeling inexorably
resurfaces and disrupts her daily life. Her attempts to reconnect with her mother systematically turn
into a fiasco. Between vexations and misunderstandings, the two women struggle to bring peace
between them. Is Florence?s mother aware of her daughter?s sadness?
How can the present heal the wounds of childhood?
