This collection of poems is Clara Inglese's first literary work. Part poetry, part theatrical narrative, it echoes her experience of medically assisted procreation. The experience of motherhood triggered an urgent need to write poetry, which until then had been sketched out in unfinished notebooks and on social networks.
Her wish is to use poetry to bring mystery back into the hyper-medicalized childbirth process of couples planning a family, while at the same time shedding a ray of light on the subject: this is the dual impetus of this collection.
