Description :
Lebanon is the tragic poem of a people who, although scattered to the four corners of the world, remain fiercely attached to their landscapes, their heritage and their culture. For the land of the cedars lives! It lives because the Lebanese, haunted by its disappearance at the hands of clans and factions, want to conjugate the future. But how to tell the story of the disaster when life goes on? The spectre of a return to war and the inability to find national harmony ruin the dreams of the Lebanese. Stéphanie Baz-Hatem's passionate writing is like her country, which she does not want to see give in to the sirens of chaos. This little book is not a guide. It is an invitation to be seduced by the Lebanon of today. Because the soul of a country is also written with words of love.
