When Eleanor walks into a hair salon on Christmas Eve without having made an appointment, she has no idea what to expect. Nuwu, a hairdresser of souls, has a reservation in her name. Little by little, she experiences the strange feeling that nothing is happening as she had imagined. It's as if time has stopped. So when Claire arrives and is surprised that she is not on the appointment book, confusion sets in: what could these two women possibly have in common?
