The 2021 European Book Forum
On Wednesday 24 February from 10 am to 5 pm, a series of online conferences will be offered in order to take stock of the news and issues at stake for European publishers and booksellers.
Among the themes that will be addressed :
10:15 am - The crisis, and afterwards ? What conclusions after a year of health crisis ?
11 am - What are the opportunities for international book marketing in times of crisis ?
11:45 am - What are the book chain support systems ?
12:30 am - Break
2 pm - Thinking book policy through the prism of the territory : aiming for influence and diversity
3 pm - The place of the bookshop in its community or on the internet : how does the bookshop stand the test of time and crises ?
4 pm - Towards eco-responsibility : new initiatives in the book sector.
4:45 pm - Point of view of an author, Nathalie Skowronek, winner of the EUPL Prize 2020.
